The mosaic is 21 ft. x 5 ft. and represents (in color) the 3 aspects Jackson is best known for: Pinson Mound (the native American Indian mound complex which is over 2000 yrs. Old and functions as an astronomical calendar much like Stonehenge), the annual hot air balloon festival, and Casey Jones' historic train and tragedy.

The mosaic is located on an adjacent wall as you enter the city's new West Tennessee Cultural Arts Center, which is located in Jackson, Tennessee.
