In this 5 hour class you will learn history, vocabulary, tools,
design, techniques and tips for success. We will complete a small
glass mosaic with vitreous glass using the direct method (grout and
instructions provided for finishing when dry). This class is great for
anyone who wants to take that important first step. Class size 5.
Taught in garage-studio.

Corner House Ceramics is a paint-your-own-ceramics studio that has recently expanded from teaching occasional mosaic workshops and camps to a full-time, walk-in mosaic studio.

Leila currently feature over 40 types of tesserae (mix-and-match by the pound, accent pieces like glass moons are by the piece), 40 different bases (wood, glass, tin, etc.) so far, and all supplies. Prices are inclusive for in-house projects; all items can also be bought individually. No appointment needed, but they are running 'free' intro to mosaic classes (you pay only for materials = just US$20 + tax for all-included 9"x12" frame special) for at least the next month or so

Denise Renk has 8 week classes at her Mosaic/Stained Glass Store in Goffstown. Class size is limited to 6 students and students received a discount on all supplies durning the course. First class each student makes a Mosaic frame and supplies are included. The remaining 7 weeks are the students choice: table top, wall hanging, lazy susan, vase etc.
